Payment and Insurance

Our Financial Policy

Payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

We are a MetLife Dental Provider. We accept the following US Insurance: MetLife, Aetna, Delta Dental, Cigna, United Concordia.

We will work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date.

We offer convenient payment options.

We have developed a full range of convenient payment options for you to choose from. Prior to the commencement of your dental treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be finanlized with you so you know what to expect. The following forms of payment are accepted in our office:

Sorry we do not accept business or personal checks.

If you choose to pay with your credit card, please notify your bank in advance that you will be using your credit card to make payments in Mexico to avoid your bank blocking your credit card.

Deposits

We may request a deposit to cover the initial cost of the dental lab. The remaining balance is due once your treatment is completed.

Our Guarantee

Our guarantee covers all defects and issues resulting from errors caused by our clinic, and will be repaired right away without additional cost to you. However, these defects or issues must be fixed at our dental facility. We will not reimburse for work undertaken at another clinic.

Our guarantee does not include any defects or issues that are caused by factors other than professional error. These include, but are not limited to poor dental hygiene, accidents and pre-existing or hereditary diseases.

Our guarantee also does not include expenses for hotel, food, air travel, and fuel, to name a few, should you need to return to Tijuana for additional dental procedures. Given the full extent of dental work needed, this would have been discussed with you prior to your in-clinic visit.

If you are having crown work done, before any dental work is cemented in place, we will ask you to confirm whether you like the color, shape and size of the crowns. If, for some reason, you later decide that you are not happy with the crown(s) cemented, we can have the crown(s) changed for 50% off of the crown’s price. The reduced fee is necessary to pay for the lab fees and other additional costs.
