Your complimentary phone consultation is the first step toward a healthier, more confident smile—with absolutely no obligation. It’s your opportunity to speak directly with our implant specialist, Dr. Edgar Montaño, ask questions, and get a clear understanding of your dental needs and options.
Whether you’re dealing with chronic discomfort, missing teeth, or simply exploring your options, this consultation allows us to assess your goals, provide a preliminary evaluation, and outline potential treatment plans and costs tailored to you.
Before your call: Be prepared
To get the most out of your consultation, we recommend preparing ahead of time. Jot down any dental issues you’ve experienced recently—even if the symptoms have subsided. This helps us ensure nothing important is overlooked and can even prevent future emergencies. Be sure to note:
- When the discomfort started or stopped
- Where in your mouth the issue is located
- The level and frequency of pain (e.g., constant or occasional)
- Any other symptoms, such as bleeding gums or swelling
If you have any recent dental X-rays, please email them to bookings@bioimplantcenter.com ahead of time.
What we’ll cover during your consultation
Your phone consult helps us understand your dental goals and guide you with honest, expert advice. Here’s what you can expect to discuss:

- What to expect before, during, and after treatment
- Costs and payment options – Dr. Montaño can walk you through various treatment possibilities and help you understand your financial options. We require payment at the time of service, but we’re happy to discuss how we work with dental insurance or out-of-pocket payments.
- Your medical history – Please let us know if you have any conditions (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial joints or valves) or if you’re taking any medications (such as aspirin or anticoagulants). This information is especially important if you are considering IV sedation or surgical procedures, as a pre-operative assessment is required.
